Welcome to North Kent Adult Community Service

Since September 2016, we have provided a wide range of adult community services across North Kent, including community nursing, community therapies, community wards, and specialist nursing services such as heart failure, respiratory, and diabetes care. These services are delivered across the Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, and Swale areas.

We genuinely care about your wellbeing and aim to provide you with the best possible care in the comfort of your own home. We understand that receiving clinical intervention can be stressful, which is why we strive to improve your experience with our service. We offer similar services throughout the country, and we have invested significantly in bringing services together and enhancing the experience of our service users.
