Community Respiratory and Home Oxygen
The Community Respiratory and Home Oxygen Service supports people living with long-term lung conditions such as COPD and other respiratory illnesses. The service helps people manage their symptoms, improve their quality of life and reduce the risk of hospital admissions through specialist assessment, monitoring and treatment.

About the team
The service is delivered by specialist respiratory clinicians who work closely with GPs, hospital teams and other community services. Support may include respiratory assessments, oxygen reviews, lung function testing, education and advice to help you manage your condition with confidence. The team can also help identify changes in your condition early so treatment can be reviewed promptly. They operate Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm excluding Bank Holidays.

We can usually help if:
- You are living with chronic respiratory conditions
- You require specialist respiratory assessment or management
- You require a home oxygen assessment or review
We may not be the right service if:
- You have emergency hospital treatment for severe respiratory distress
